What we expect from you
Work with business stakeholders and customer representatives to determine and define business requirements using a variety of elicitation techniques.
Analyse existing systems and data in order to define “to-be” processes and identify business rules.
Articulate requirements to design and development teams, ensuring all acceptance criteria is clearly defined and understood.
Facilitate and manage user acceptance testing with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
Work with colleagues and business stakeholders to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
Work with the Project Manager, Product Owner and all Stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritization of scope.
A Degree (or equivalent qualification) in an IT or business subject.
Well developed negotiating and influencing skills, including at a senior management level.
Excellent presentation skills.
Have a strong awareness of technology considerations.
Experience in working with reporting tools and on BI focused projects.
